How long will it take for my print to arrive?
I try to pack and send prints within 24 hours after the order has been placed. However, since I manage this shop on my own, in some cases it make take a little longer. Orders are always sent within 5 working days. I do ship international, but of course shipping times will vary.
How will I receive my order?
The large prints are folded in tissue paper and shipped in a cardboard tube. Smaller prints get the same gentle treatment but are shipped in a cardboard box.
What if there's something wrong with my order?
I'm so sorry to hear that. Please contact me, so we can figure out what went wrong and how to fix it.
Why do you donate 25% to charity?
I believe in balance. The balance of enjoying all the good nature has to offer, but also giving back. That's why 25% of the profit I make from my print store will be donated to Greenpeace.
Can I order a customized illustration?
Yes, you can! However, the prices will differ from the ones in the store. Please contact me for more information on this.
